C'è una preoccupante carenza di organico che non riesca a far fronte a una situazione drammatica. Detenuti con evidenti ferite sono abbandonati, aiutati solo da altri detenuti, e persone sono costrette a togliersi i denti da sole per eliminare il dolore. Anche qui il sovraffollamento è preoccupante: 2.060 detenuti per una capienza di 1.600. Abbiamo da poco denunciato il Ministro Nordio per il reato di tortura. Dopo questa visita saremo, purtroppo, costretti a denunciarlo nuovamente. Non è ammissibile che i detenuti siano costretti a vivere in queste condizioni.
