"Stiamo lavorando per cercare di portare la Pubblica Amministrazione ad essere connessa col contesto in cui operiamo. Quindi c'è un grandissimo lavoro da fare, soprattutto dal punto di vista del capitale umano - ha detto Zangrillo -. Abbiamo una PA che ha subito una violenza piuttosto profonda negli anni del blocco del turn over. Abbiamo perso tra il 2009 ed il 2020 quasi 300 mila persone. L'età media delle persone è passata da 42 anni del 2009 a 50 anni. Tutto questo costituisce un problema soprattutto se consideriamo che stiamo vivendo nell'epoca della trasformazione digitale. Quindi abbiamo bisogno di persone con competenze diverse rispetto a quelle del passato". La PA, secondo il ministro, ha grandi competenze dal punto di vista amministrativo, molto meno dal punto di vista digitale. Il lavoro da fare è complicato, complesso, perché dobbiamo lavorare sulle procedure concorsuali, "quindi dobbiamo rendere le nostre procedure molto più rapide e più snelle, molto più all'altezza della concorrenza. Dobbiamo lavorare anche molto sulla formazione rispetto alle nuove tecnologie.
