Laproposta di legge era stata duramente criticata ieri anchedall'Assemblea Transfemminista Perugia Umbria in un comunicato -sottoscritto tra gli altri dalla Rete Antiviolenza Umbria, dallaRU2020 Rete Umbra per l'Autodeterminazione e dall'Udi Perugia -e da Fondazione Pangea e il Forum Donne Amelia della reteantiviolenza Reama, che in una nota hanno parlato di "Un uovoattacco verso la libertà delle donne dalla Regione Umbria'".L'atto proposto dalla Lega è stato approvato nei giorniscorsi in terza commissione e approderà in consiglio regionaleper la discussione e il voto finale. Con questo documento viene inserita anche una norma pertutelare gli orfani di padre e di madre e la sperimentazionefondamentale del 'fattore famiglia', un parametro che superal'Isee e permette di valutare i carichi familiari affinché lerisposte siano più consone alle rinnovate esigenze".Gli esponenti del Pd, "opponendosi strenuamenteall'approvazione della proposta di legge 'sulla famiglia', cosìcome approvata in commissione, fanno appello oggi allamaggioranza consiliare perché non vada, in maniera unilaterale,alla modificazione di un Testo unico regionale, quello inmateria di sanità e servizi sociali, che rappresenta ancora oggiun asse portante dell'impianto normativo, amministrativo eculturale della nostra comunità regionale". Si tratta -affermano, fra l'altro, nella loro nota - "di una proposta dilegge ideologica, fondata sullo stereotipo di una concezione difamiglia che da tempo non esiste più".
