Emozioni, credenze limitanti, paure e un dialogo interno non adatto possono essere un freno incredibile alla performance. Quello che ci diciamo fa un enorme differenza sul risultato finale. Questo vale sia per uno sportivo professionista che per un ceo, vale per tutti".E in un periodo di grande cambiamento quanto può essere utile un mental coach? "Mai come in questo momento - aggiunge Vicari - conoscere come funziona la propria mente è indispensabile. Serve sempre perché noi passiamo il 95% del nostro tempo a vivere inconsciamente e solo il 5% consciamente.
