in provincia di Novara: un uomo e' stato fermato e una donna denunciata a piede libero e il movente sarebbe stato una vendetta dopo uno stupro. Nella giornata di ieri, giovedi' 8 agosto, i carabinieri del nucleo investigativo del comando provinciale di Novara hanno notificato un fermo emesso dalla Procura nei confronti di un 33enne con precedenti penali, ritenuto responsabile di omicidio volontario in concorso aggravato di un giovane di nazionalita' marocchina, irregolare e senza fissa dimora, rinvenuto cadavere nei boschi. Per gli stessi reati, ma in stato di liberta', e' stata denunciata la compagna del presunto omicida. L'uomo e' stato condotto in casa circondariale. I fatti, a quanto si apprende, sono da collocare nel contesto degradato dello spaccio di sostanze stupefacenti della zona, come spiega il maggiore Alessandro Perrotta, comandante del nucleo investigativo.
