Una serie di consigli che fanno parte della campagna #effettoterra.Il decalogo della Croce Rossa 1) Esci solo nelle ore più fresche del giorno e se possibile frequenta parchi e zone alberate. La presenza di vegetazione abbassa di diversi gradi la temperatura.2) Se esci di casa, porta con te una borraccia e verifica che sul percorso ci siano fontanelle. Ci sono molte 'app' che possono aiutarti a trovarle.3) Porta sempre con te un cappello e la crema solare.4) Con il caldo il corpo ha bisogno di meno calorie: consuma pasti piccoli e leggeri, preferisci frutta e verdura. Una dieta buona per il caldo e per il Pianeta.5) Se non hai un condizionatore o vuoi limitarne l’uso, mantieni freschi gli ambienti di casa tenendo finestre e tapparelle chiuse durante il giorno e aprendole la sera. Se utilizzi il condizionatore, non superare i 5 gradi di differenza con l’esterno. Mentre, se usi un ventilatore ricordati di non puntarlo direttamente su di te o altre persone.6) Bevi molta acqua ed evita le bevande alcoliche che aumentano la disidratazione. Ricorda che l’acqua del rubinetto o della fontanella ha un minore impatto ambientale.7) Non trascurare l’abbigliamento: abiti ampi e tessuti leggeri, naturali e di colore chiaro possono aiutarti a regolare la temperatura del corpo.8) Prima di metterti in viaggio, consulta le previsioni meteo e preparati in anticipo.9) Sapevi che le donne, le persone anziane e i bambini sono più soggetti alle ondate di calore? Proteggile dai rischi per la salute seguendo i nostri consigli e, quando si verificano picchi di alte temperature, assicurati che stiano bene.10) Se manifesti uno di questi sintomi potrebbe trattarsi di un colpo di calore: affanno, dolore toracico, confusione, debolezza, vertigini o crampi.
