Nella notte tra il 30 e il 31 agosto comparirà in cielo la terza Superluna del 2023, la Luna piena più grande dell'anno e la seconda dello stesso mese (dopo quella del primo agosto): la Superluna dello Storione che vediamo in questo video ripresa dal nord-est della Siria.Superluna perché si trova nel punto più vicino alla Terra, il che la rende un po' più grande e più luminosa e Blu proprio per l'estrema rarità dell'evento di poter vedere due lune piene nello stesso mese. Secondo alcune fonti, la denominazione deriva proprio dal fatto che, in un almanacco francese del 1937, la seconda luna piena del mese fu stampata in colore blu, per distinguerla dalla prima.
