Questa volta, il loro compito è affiancare i colleghi del Nucleo Investigativo di Bergamo e della Compagnia di Zogno, così da far luce sulla tragica morte di Sharon Verzeni, la 33enne originaria di Bottanuco brutalmente assassinata nella notte tra il 29 e il 30 luglio. La donna è stata uccisa con quattro coltellate a meno di un chilometro dalla sua abitazione, dove viveva con il compagno Sergio Ruocco. Il caso, privo di un movente e al momento senza indagati, ha messo in moto una macchina investigativa serrata e complessa. Per questo motivo, la Procura di Bergamo, sotto la guida del PM Marchisio, ha deciso di schierare sul campo gli esperti del Ros, noti per la loro competenza nell'affrontare crimini violenti, come dimostrato nel caso di Yara Gambirasio. L'obiettivo è chiaro: identificare e catturare l'assassino di Sharon.Al vaglio i filmati delle telecamere di videosorveglianza Uno dei principali strumenti a disposizione degli investigatori sono le numerose telecamere, sia pubbliche che private, che hanno avrebbero catturato diverse immagini nella zona del delitto. Sebbene la qualità delle riprese non sia sempre ottimale, le attrezzature avanzate del Ros potrebbero rivelare dettagli cruciali finora sfuggiti. Testimoni hanno riferito di aver udito quella sera il suono di un’auto che frenava e ripartiva a forte velocità. Potrebbe trattarsi di un malvivente o di qualcuno invaghito di Sharon, che ha poi maturato un rancore tale da spingerlo all'omicidio? In via Castegnate, luogo del delitto, non ci sono telecamere, ma altre nella vicina via Mercato e via Castello potrebbero aver ripreso qualcosa di utile.Testimonianze e domande ancora aperteLe testimonianze raccolte parlano di un’auto che “sgommava” seguita dal grido di Sharon, una richiesta d’aiuto prima che barcollasse e cadesse a terra. Dove è fuggito l’aggressore? È stato ripreso dalle telecamere? Forse seguiva Sharon e ha colpito proprio davanti al condominio marrone, il cui garage è stato messo sotto sequestro. La scena dell’aggressione, con tre colpi inferti alla schiena e uno al torace, lascia ancora molte domande senza risposta.Indagini sui reperti e sugli spostamentiNella notte del delitto, le telecamere hanno ripreso almeno una decina di persone a piedi o in bicicletta nelle vie circostanti. Gli abiti di Sharon, inviati al Ris di Parma, sono sotto esame per rilevare eventuali tracce di DNA. Anche l'arma del delitto è un punto cruciale: diversi coltelli, sequestrati durante le perquisizioni, sono stati inviati ai Ris per l'analisi. Nei prossimi giorni, i carabinieri della Scientifica torneranno nel garage di via Castegnate e nell’abitazione di via Merelli per ulteriori rilievi. I tabulati telefonici di Sharon e del compagno Sergio Ruocco sono sotto esame, così come le loro amicizie e frequentazioni, in particolare quelle di Sharon presso la pasticceria Vanilla di Brembate. Ruocco, escluso dalle indagini, sarà risentito: quella sera, ha dichiarato, dormiva. La complessità del caso e la mancanza di un movente chiaro rendono le indagini particolarmente difficili, ma gli esperti del Ros e gli investigatori locali sono determinati a trovare la verità e a dare giustizia a Sharon Verzeni.
