Ora per il presidente sarà invece una priorità: "Nellapassata legislatura evidentemente non erano mature lecondizioni, ma non mi sono arreso. Ora mancano cinque anni alleprossime elezioni ed è giusto porre questo tema al centro nelprimo giorno della legislatura". Perché la norma va "approvatail prima possibile, e migliorerà da subito la qualità dellalegislazione. Tutti gli assessori hanno un appartenenzaterritoriale, San Salvo, Trasacco, Corropoli, L'Aquila, Pescarae così via, e saranno indotti a non fare gli assessori dellaloro città né della loro provincia. Dovranno invece essereassessori al servizio dell'intera comunità abruzzese, perché adessa, con il collegio unico, dovranno poi rispondere.
