il Giudice per le Indagini Preliminari presso li Tribunale di Rimini, su richiesta di questa Procura della Repubblica, ha disposto nei confronti di Louis Dassilva la custodia cautelare in carcere.La misura cautelare è stata emessa per il reato di omicidio ai danni di Pierina Paganelli, commesso ni data 3 ottobre 2023 alle ore 22:13 a Rimini, in via del Ciclamino, all'interno di un vano della zona garage del condominio, ove la vittima abitava. La donna era stata uccisa con 29 coltellate, delle quali una delle ultime aveva attinto la regione sottoclaveare destra, raggiungendo l'aorta intrapericardica, cagionandone li decesso dopo pochi secondi. Il GIP ha ritenuto la sussistenza delle tre aggravanti contestate: per avere commesso li fatto per futili motivi, per avere agito con crudeltà nei confronti della vittima e per avere approfittato di condizioni di tempo, di luogo e di persona, tali da ostacolare la privata difesa. Il GIP ha ritenuto la gravità indiziaria sulla base di una pluralità di indizi, connotati da gravità, precisione e tra loro di "indubbia concordanza". Tra questi si cita, per la rilevanza e la svolta che ha impresso alle indagini, la videoripresa di una telecamera di via Ciclamino che, tra le ore 22.17.02 e 22.17.08, ritraeva un soggetto (ripreso di spalle), mentre camminava in direzione del portone del civico 31. Il movente è individuato dal GIP nella relazione amorosa (e nel timore della sua scoperta), che univa come unisce l'indagato a Manuela Bianchi.
