Anche l'autonomia è un collegato alla legge di bilancio per cui, fermo restando la potestà della Cassazione sulla decisione, tutta questa operazione mi pare più mediatica e politica che referendaria. Tutti poi sanno che il quesito che chiede l'abolizione dell'intera legge è smaccatamente inammissibile tanto è vero che le regioni contrarie al'autonomia hanno scelto anche una strada diversa con n quesito parziale. Anche perché non va dimenticato che stiamo parlando di una legge, per così dire, costituzionalmente necessaria".
