(askanews) - Il Governo deve prendere atto della sentenza della Corte Costituzionale sul payback farmaceutico e autorizzare le Regioni a "escutere con decreto ingiuntivo" le risorse attese dagli imprenditori dei dispositivi medici. E' la posizione del presidente della Toscana, Eugenio Giani, che, a margine della seduta odierna del Consiglio regionale, assicura di essere pronto, in tal caso, a togliere l'addizionale Irpef introdotta dalla Regione proprio per far fronte alla mancanza di payback. "A questo punto -ha detto Giani- c'è un giudizio della Corte Costituzionale che dichiara legittimo il payback, nel momento in cui viene superata quella soglia che sulla base della programmazione viene data alle Regioni. Oltre quella soglia è giusto che il dispositivo medico sia pagato al 50% dalla Regione e al 50% sia rimborsato direttamente dall'imprenditore che lo fornisce. A questo punto a noi è sufficiente un decreto ministeriale e noi possiamo mettere a bilancio, come voce attiva, le annualità che ancora a noi mancano. Dal 2019 ad oggi si tratta di 420 milioni.
