2024.La data è stata condivisa dalla presidente facente funzioni, Irene Priolo, e dal presidente della Corte d'Appello di Bologna, Oliviero Drigani, in un incontro che si è svolto in Regione. La data è stata individuata accelerando al massimo le procedure previste ma tenendo anche conto delle esigenze tecniche e organizzative rappresentate dagli uffici regionali e da quelli della Corte d'Appello affiché il tutto sia svolto nel migliore dei modi, come sempre. Regione e Corte d'Appello si sono anche impegnate a condividere progetti che migliorino ulteriormente la qualità e la speditezza degli adempimenti relativi a questa tornata elettorale.La formalizzazione della data avverrà nei prossimi giorni con l'intesa fra la presidente Priolo e il presidente Drigani. Successivamente, a settembre, la presidente Priolo emanerà il decreto di proclamazione delle elezioni, entro 60 giorni dalla data del voto, così come previsto dalla legge regionale.
