Ed è anche utile riordare che ancorala Nova Spa ha usufruito per molto tempo di ammortizzatorisociali, beneficiando di conseguenza di tutti i possibili sgravifiscali, a danno della retribuzione e della contribuzione deidipendenti.La stessa negli anni ha creato e gestito società satellite,tra cui la Nova Casale srl, decidendo di applicare ai lavoratoriun ccnl con minori tutele e retribuzioni inferiori rispetto aquelli sottoscritti con sindacati maggiormente rappresentativi;e mentre da un lato investiva nel mercato immobiliare,dall'altro non ha mai voluto fornire un piano industrialetrasparente.Parliamo tra l'altro di un settore, quello dell'elettronica, chenon è in crisi, ma anzi trae profitti stabili, in alcuni casianche in crescita. L'azienda allora non invochi la crisieconomica, dica invece con chiarezza che siamo di fronte ad untentativo di massimizzare ulteriormente i profitti contenendo icosti del lavoro.Il governo convochi subito un tavolo di confronto con lapartecipazione delle aziende coinvolte e delle organizzazionisindacali tutte, senza alcuna esclusione. Dobbiamo capire qualepiano occupazionale le aziende in questione intendono mettere incampo per garantire la continuità lavorativa", conclude ilparlamentare.
