(askanews) - L'astronauta dell'ESA di nazionalità danese Andreas Mogensen è tornato sulla Terra come membro dell'equipaggio Crew-7, segnando la fine della sua missione Huginn e la sua seconda permanenza sulla Stazione Spaziale Internazionale.Il veicolo spaziale Dragon di SpaceX si è sganciato autonomamente dalla Stazione Spaziale il 11 marzo 2024 alle ore 16:20 CET. Dopo aver completato una serie di manovre (burns) di deorbita, il veicolo spaziale è rientrato nell'atmosfera terrestre e ha dispiegato i suoi paracadute per un ammaraggio al largo della costa della Florida il 12 marzo alle 10:47 CET. L'equipaggio Crew-7, che comprende Andreas, l'astronauta della NASA Jasmin Moghbeli, l'astronauta della JAXA Satoshi Furukawa e il cosmonauta di Roscosmos Konstantin Borisov, è stato lanciato verso la Stazione il 26 agosto 2023 e ha trascorso più di sei mesi vivendo e lavorando in orbita come membri delle Spedizione 69 e 70.Andreas era il pilota del veicolo Dragon, responsabile quindi di garantire le prestazioni e i sistemi del veicolo spaziale mentre si dirigevano verso la Stazione Spaziale.
