Nel 2023 Nobis haregistrato 0,5 miliardi di euro di premi lordi e un utile nettodi 35 milioni di euro. In base ai termini dell'operazione, il corrispettivo inizialeper l'acquisizione ammonterà a 423 milioni di euro, con unpotenziale incremento fino a 55 milioni di euro che implica unmultiplo prezzo/utili di circa 11 volte, incluse le sinergieattese.
