(Adnkronos/Labitalia) - Comunicazione, lingue, patrimonio culturale sono gli elementi caratterizzanti del nuovo corso di laurea in Digital Humanities, di nuova istituzione presso l’università di Roma Tor Vergata per l’anno accademico 2024-2025. Unico nelle università statali del Lazio, il corso di laurea magistrale, incardinato nel Dipartimento di storia, patrimonio culturale, formazione e società, punta a unire le conoscenze linguistiche, culturali e comunicative con gli strumenti informatici dell’ict, tanto da poter essere considerato sbocco naturale per i laureati in discipline umanistiche e informatiche. L’integrazione di conoscenze e competenze specialistiche nelle discipline umanistiche e nelle discipline informatiche è un mix formidabile, spendibile in relazione alle tecnologie del linguaggio (trattamento automatico della lingua e dell’informazione documentale, produzione e gestione di interfacce e risorse testuali, intelligenza artificiale), alla gestione della conoscenza e della comunicazione nelle istituzioni, nelle imprese e nella gestione del patrimonio culturale (analisi e gestione di dati, network, machine learning, social media, interfacce interattive, tecnologie per la realtà virtuale e aumentata, gamification), e ai diversi settori dell’industria culturale (aggregatori, social media, siti e portali web, progettazione e realizzazione di oggetti e ambienti multimediali per la creazione e la fruizione di contenuti attraverso le nuove tecnologie in esposizioni, performance, campagne comunicative interattive).“Una proposta estremamente innovativa che punta a superare la divisione tra la cultura umanistica e scientifico-tecnologica e coerente con le attuali esigenze poste dal mercato del lavoro", commenta il rettore Nathan Levialdi Ghiron. “Grazie a un confronto con stakeholders di eccellenza nel territorio nazionale, l’Ateneo ha voluto tradurre in offerta formativa la necessità, l’urgenza, di vedere formate figure professionali che siano in grado di utilizzare le tecnologie dell’informazione per esercitare funzioni di elevata responsabilità in attività legate ai settori dei servizi e dell’industria culturale.
