nelcommercio di pneumatici, con sedi a Vicenza e Sandrigo (VI) edun portale web per le vendite online e hanno eseguiti 21perquisizioni ad altri 13 indagati. Otto le società tra Vicenza,Padova, Albignasego (PD), Mestrino (PD) e Venezia coinvolte inuna frode fiscale.Le misure cautelari hanno riguardato un 56enne di Montegalda,la sua compagna, una 43enne romena e un 58enne di Sandrigo(Vicenza). L'indagine è iniziata nel 2022, dopo che è statorilevato che il 56enne, mentre era in carcere per analoghireati, era riuscito a riorganizzare la propria "strutturaoperativa" anche grazie all'ausilio di varie "teste di legno",fra le quali un 56enne marocchino conosciuto nel carcere "DuePalazzi" di Padova, formali amministratori di 3 società"cartiere" che emettevano fatture false. L'imprenditore si èfatto, inoltre, coadiuvare anche dalla compagna romena e dalfiglio 26enne e da un 47enne ragioniere di Albignasego (PD), giànoto coinvolti in simili inchieste, che si è adoperato pertenere in vita il "core business". Il sistema fraudolento sibasava nell'acquisto di pneumatici in Europa (esente da Iva chedoveva essere pagata poi in Italia) da parte delle societàcartiere, le quali emettevano false fatture ma senza presentarele dovute dichiarazioni e senza pagare l'Iva dovuta che favorivala vendita degli pneumatici a prezzi concorrenziali.Sono state emesse fatture false per 28 milioni di euro eun'evasione dell'Iva per 3 milioni di euro. Gli indagati hannoinoltre "svuotato" due società usate per la frode (e per questoera stato arrestato il 56enne) non pagando all'erario 40 milionie portando quindi la magistratura a dichiarane il fallimento, el'accusa di bancarotta fraudolenta. I finanzieri hanno anchescoperto che il 56enne, mentre era in carcere, era riuscito adottenere il regime di affidamento in prova ai servizi sociali,con conseguente scarcerazione, attraverso la falsa attestazionedi attività di volontariato da parte del presidente e di unallenatore di una Asd vicentina di rugby che hanno rilasciatodocumentazione fittizia attestante la sua presenza qualemanutentore degli impianti sportivi, mentre in realtà continuavaa operare nella frode.
