(Adnkronos) - L’Assemblea dei Soci di Serenissima Ristorazione, una tra le realtà di maggior rilievo nella ristorazione collettiva italiana, ha approvato il bilancio di esercizio 2023, evidenziando risultati solidi in tutti i principali indicatori. Il fatturato consolidato ha raggiunto 535.683.607 euro, con un incremento del 17% rispetto al 2022, l'EBITDA ha toccato 31.627.041 euro, con una crescita del 25.5% su base annua. L'utile netto si è attestato a 13.010.624 euro - il lordo è di 18.674.565 euro-, segnando un aumento del 28.26% rispetto all'anno precedente ed il patrimonio netto ammonta a 125.535.052 euro con un miglioramento del 10%. Viene quindi confermata la solidità patrimoniale del Gruppo che, grazie all'adozione di strategie di investimento mirate, ha rafforzato la solidità finanziaria complessiva. E' quanto comunica l'azienda. "Il 2023 è stato un anno di notevoli progressi per il nostro Gruppo.
